History

Founded in 2006, Monolution now occupies a state of the art 15,000 sq. ft facility with a team of 41 employees, operating 20 CNC machines which run 24/7.

We are conveniently situated on the outskirts of Portsmouth in the centre of the south coast’s rapidly expanding engineering hub; a location which provides direct access to all major travel networks across the UK and into the EU.

From our inception providing support to the motorsport industry, Monolution has enjoyed year on year growth, allowing us to expand and diversify our capabilities into further engineering sectors including automotive, aerospace and, more recently, the advanced medical industry.

This rapid growth has enabled us to expand our team and our facilities to provide a significant increase in capabilities.  This has also enabled an increase in our workload capacity to ensure we maintain our commitment to production quality and service delivery.

With a genuine customer orientated outlook, Monolution’s respected reputation across its customers and suppliers has grown significantly, making us a preferred supplier of choice for OEM’s and Tier 1 companies alike.

As we move forward into a post - Covid world, Monolution continues to strive towards our ethos of increasing efficiency and sustainability whilst continuing to deliver high quality, cost-effective results.
